Ive ordered but it was never shipped more than 2 weeks. They even never update me this order And then I had check the product page, then the product was sold out They never tell me about the product is sold out It meant I was waiting for the product more than 2 weeks for nothing They did nothing. No apologies or any updates It was obviously waste of time This is my second order from them but the first one took like a month to receive the delivery Their work is very slow

There's not a rating low enough for Herbspro

I order from herbspro around March 31, 2023 and it's April 12, 2023 and still no product so I searched and found the company at first he hangs up on me I called back and it's the same guy first he says he can't find my order so I tell him I have a tracking# so then he magically finds me I ask for a manger he says she's busy I say I have nothing but time I can wait he gives me an extension 105 that no one answers long story short do your research on these companies before you purchase I did order through afterpay i also called my bank to file a dispute ntand to rate doand if not resolved in a timely manner I'll be filling with the US attorney general we must start holding these companies accountable And herbspro is very rude and unprofessional the guy couldn't even spell my name even when I was spelling it for him. And I even called called back four times and still got the same guy I said you must be the only one that works there he didn't reply so consumers please be aware

Charged my Credit Cards almost 45 days ago and NO goods were delivered to my address

45 days ago in October 6th , I was charged 3 times :

a)On October 14th my MASTERCARD xxxx xxxx xxxx 9139 was charged by UNIVERSAL HERBS ,CA ref:799958 the amount of $ 54,88

b)On October 14th my MASTERCARD xxxx xxxx xxxx 9139 was charged by UNIVERSAL HERBS, CA ref:450010 the amount of $ 57,68

I thaught that these 2 orders were not completed since the communication with your website was interrumpted but the amount were charged !!!

c) Also in October , HerbsPro for the ORDER HP311022 charged my card VISA xxxx xxxx xxxx 1750 this time in the amount of $ 80.92

NONE package had arrived to my adress yet !! and even about the Order HP311022 . according the Israel Post Office the package that according your Courier Asendia USA was delvered in transit to them last November 4th , NEVER ARRIVED to Israel International Airport

I ordered 4 6 packs of boost shakes and got 4 individual shakes that I paid about 30 dollars for. I can buy 1 6 pack anywhere for about $9.

I need these to survive and thought I finally found a deal. Eventhough the first order took a few weeks to receive I knew I'd need more so I ordered what I thought were 11 packs for 51 and some change I believe. So when I got the first order in I was furious! I called to cancel it and get my money back.

The people that were answering the calls were extremely rude and had hun up on me. I called back and was.nt able to speak with anyone because they hung up on me about 10 times. I was finally able to get ahold of someone again he was rude and condescending after all that he said he cancelled the order and I'd get my money back in 1-2 days. Now it's the end of the following week and I have yet to get my money back.

This company does NOT care about their customers whatsoever. JuGo 10times

Then when you call to cancel an order and get your money back they hang up on you as many times as they want. Tell you you'll get your money back in in 1-2 days. It's been 7 days with nothing

On 11/28/2020, I tried to place a $66.35 order on the Herbspro website. As a first time customer, their website offered me a 5% discount for providing my email address. It also offered free shipping on all orders placed through 11/29/2020. When I placed my product order, their website touted an additional 7% off for quantities of 6+. I ordered 10 of a specific item. When I went to check out, neither the additional 7% discount nor the free shipping were being offered. I was annoyed but figured it was likely a simple error. I decided to call the company, so they would rectify their issues. After two unanswered phone messages and no response to an email sent through their website, I went online and posted information about my experience. "Pissedoffconsumer.com " responded saying that they contacted Herbspro on my behalf and wanted to confirm that I received a response and was now satisfied. After 5+ non-response contacts to Herbspro from 11/28/2020 to 1/2/2021, I see why Herbspro has such a horrendous reputation for poor customer service. They are either truly inept or they just do not value customers. Save yourself time and aggravation and shop anywhere EXCEPT Herbspro. Have a happy and healthy new year and stay safe!

I placed an order with Herbspro on November 6, 2019. I never received my order and emailed them about it. They replied and said that they had sent me a delay email but I never received such an email. They sent me links in the order confirmation email but the links did not work. I couldn't access my online Herbspro account. I have changed my password twice and I still cannot access my account. I sent several emails about these problems and no one responded. Something is very wrong here. Check out all of the bad reviews online. It has been 2 weeks and they just ignore my requests. Customer service is horrible, I can't access my account, they do not respond to my concerns and I have not received my order. Lucky for me I used PayPal to make this purchase. I filed a complaint with PayPal and within 2 days I received a full refund. Several days after that Herbspro finally responded to one of my old emails saying they had canceled my order and sent me a refund. They had no choice. I will never do business with this company again and I urge anyone to think twice before placing an order with them. Believe the bad reviews.
